Communication

We are always trying to improve communication with patients. We have swapped from a paper diary to an electronic system which will generate emails confirming bookings and send out reminders to patients.

New patients will get a new patient form to complete with their first booking and all patients will get a covid screening questionnaire and a covid consent form to complete with their reminder. Please make sure these are completed before your appointments as it important in stopping the spread of coronavirus and keeping everyone safe. It also means that you have your whole appointment time for your treatment as completing forms prior to treatment when you’ve arrived takes up time.
